Talk about a difference! Harkins Farm has been busy making improvements to the farm with new drain tiles in the upper fields to help drain ground water from the fields. This will allow field work to start earlier in the year. Shown above a photos of the road drain pipe being replaced and the land being cleared.

Summer 2011

Wow this summer sure has been dry. We could use some rain on the farm. It has been a busy summer so far! Laney and Jude’s birthdays, Matt & Sarah’s wedding reception, new kittens on the farm, double rainbows, beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Have a great summer!

6 Bears Farms Photo Album

Since Myphotoalbum has closed it's doors we have had to search far and wide for a new storage space for our photos. After reviewing sites both free and pay we have decided on using Microsoft Live Skydrive! With a free 25GB of storage space, Skydrive was the winner hands down. So click on the skydrive logo to the left or select Our Photo Album in the upper left corner of the home page at 6 Bears Farm website and enjoy the 1000's of photos we have uploaded!!

It is with deep sorrow and regret, that we have to announce that Gary Moore passed away while on holiday in Spain last night.

Our thoughts are with his children, family and friends at this sad time.
